I'm not a consultant by trade. I run Works Industries, a holding company with five businesses, including a 300+ agent brokerage that's the #1 fastest-growing Zillow Preferred partner in the Pacific Northwest. I served on the Zillow Premier Agent Advisory Board for three years and was asked to help develop the national Preferred education standard.

Because of that, the conversation in these sessions tends to have range, recruiting, operations, technology, growth structure, partnership models, anything we're both actively thinking about.
